The most beautiful guarantee I have seen in my life

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

Make sure you get the protection plus. You will need this if you have little kids.

My wife Samsung went out geek squad was unable to repair it had no problem getting a gift card for full price of the TV used it for the standard warranty on my new 65-in OLED TV

I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.

I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.

if you buy oled and qd oled like me u need this! they cover dead pixels and burn in enough said is a no brained decision u will have dead pixels and it will come in handy

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

Help was great answered all my questions. Would use them again as needed

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.

This product is quite resistant, the TV can be placed in various positions, it also comes with a large number of accessories to adapt it to different brands of TVs
