It is very nice that Best Buy gives the opportunity to get a 2 yr or 5 yr warranty

We are very satisfied with this plan. However, it has taken a long time to get an appointment at the store or get someone online to help. Not sure if COVID has had a part in this delay.

I strongly recommend this service with every big electronic purchase. Fast and very friendly response, took care of the issue in less than a week. Thank you

I purchase geek squad for all of my high end Best Buy purchases. Fortunately, I've never had to use them as my products continue to work perfectly. I sleep well at night just knowing I'm protected.

These guys showed up EARLY on the scheduled delivery date. That is the first time I have experienced that. The were quick and tidy.

I have peace of mind with this protection plan. I don't have to worry about costly repairs, or worse, trying to repair something myself considering I am technically challenged. Great item for those of use who just know how to push the on/off button.

I always purchase the geek squad plans, I whole-heartedly believe they are the only way to protect your products when purchasing at best buy. I would never purchase electronics from anywhere else solely because of the protection plans they offer.

The geek squad installed my refrigerator and the water line. I recommend this package with any appliances you buy.

Had set 2 yrs and had issues with power. called & was sent about 5 different parts! guys came out, installed in about an hour and ZERO issues since! that service call & parts would have been more than I paid for the warranty

I have yet to use it but I have always been a person to say better safe than sorry. I love to keep things as long as possible and so the convenience of being able to go to the store and get any repairs done under warranty gives me peace of mind

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.
