They fix it or declare it dead making a refund simple and instantaneous. I buy coverage for all my electronics

I purchased the 5 year geek protection for the peace of mind on my first ever big screen smart tv purchase. I hope that I we never have to use it, but 5 years of protection and support is so worth it if we ever do!

Had a good experience with geek squad some time ago

I’m OK with this warranty protection plan long as they do what they say they going to do I have no problem with it but we’ll see if something goes wrong.

Truly will get it you never know when your tech is going to fail I surely feel better having it.

Always good piece of mind for when ever you may need it. Bought for a TV we bought a few months ago. Then with this second new TV decided it was a good investment.

I bought this protection plan for my new television, with electronics you never know if you're going to get one that has a glitch. Now I don't have to worry about it.

I had to get a replacement part put it because monitor would not turn on. Once replaced it runs a little slower, but it still works.

Love the TV, picture and sound are excellent! Gaming is amazing! Service was phenomenal, they were able to help me quickly and resolved everything.

We don't usually purchase extra warranties for our products but Best Buy has a very good reputation for making good on the warranties. Our previous experience with Best Buy warranties has been very good.

Hope I never have to use this service be it is nice to have.

No need for it...yet. Just purchased this with a new TV. I always get the extended warrantees. They've come in use many many times.

Haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will come in handy. & for the price you sure can’t beat it.

I haven't had to use this service as of yet. I was able to mount and set up the TV on my own. Got this in case of defect that needs fixed.

2 yrs ago, I bought a 65 in Westinghouse and did not get the geek squad. The set had all sorts of problems. It was supposed to have in home warranty but Westinghouse wouldn’t honor it. I did not purchase the geek squad for that set so this time i am not taking any chances

Always get the warranty. It’ll save you from the hasle if anything was to happen to your product.

Warranty is a must buy. Because sometimes the manufacturer warranty runs out right after your stuff stops working
