I was disappointed with the service that I paid for on my washer and dryer. I called several times letting them know that the steam kit hadn't been placed on my dryer. Instead of just sending out a tech, I had to argue for days to get refunded. Mind you I had a zero balance and purchased several large items with extra warranties, I'll never make that mistake again. They don't want to honor the extra warranties.

Purchase warranty for this TV because it's used for trade shows, and travels... Hope I never need to use the warranty

We love geek squad they nevwr give me an issue when i have an item that needs repair.

My son hooked up the tv on the entertainment center, nobody from Best Buy helped , the delivery guy was not around
