I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.

I have this tv for 2 years without an issue. Easy to and learn. I LOVE SAMSUNG.

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

Seems like a good service. Covers most of what the manufacturer's warranty too. Not a bad price for what you should be able to get out of it.

I bought 3 laptops last fall. Had an issue with mine a month in...called Geek squad, fixed online! Yay! My wife had an issue shortly after, Geek Squad fixed it online! My laptop lost a solid state hard drive. No online fix here, but I took it to the store,quick diagnostic,mailed off and returned to my home in a week fixed. This waS $ well spent. Geek Squad Rocks!

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

Hopefully i dont have to use it but i do like best buy geek squad protection, had to use it on a previous tv and its nice to have

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

This tv is one of the best TVs I have had since my Panasonic and pioneer elite plasma TVs. Picture is so clear and watching movies in 4K at night are amazing
