The picture is excellent and the sound is exceptional and the price was remarkable... I was a little leary because of the brand, surely surprised on the quality of picture in the game mode playing PS5 strongly recommend.

We purchased a Microwave for our granddaughter going to college. It was reasonably priced and she was happy that shew had coverage during her next 4 years at college.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

Love the geek squad. The 2 gentlemen sent up all my electronics in a timely manner and moved everything for us. They were both congenital and informative. They also answered all my questions. It was so much easier to have all my new electronics set up because there was so many wires. I highly recommend geek squad.

We would never buy a TV without a protection plan. On a previous TV we bought years ago, it came in handy. It wasn't able to be fixed and the plan let us replace it with a new TV. All we had to pay was the difference between the two TVs and a new protection plan. Was well worth the extra money for us for that situation

This was protection for an Open Box TV. I have already reviewed that TV as excellent and the warranty was not needed. I cannot say I would recommend the service since I did not need to use it but if you are purchasing an open box I guess, like me, you may wish to buy the warranty as it still was cheaper than the full price of a new set.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Money is tight. I usually don't pony up extra for some warranty the clerk's trying to sell me on top of the warranty that comes with it! But when it's the Geek Squad, I'll take it. It is SOOO much easier & nicer to be able to come down & talk to someone in person versus calling someone a 1000 mIles away that I can barely understand who gives me the run-around anyway! No thanks, I'll take the Geek Squad.

It’s worth it to get protection for my tv if anything were to happen

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable
