Good price for two years of protection. I’ve had Geek Squad anti virus and the help with that was excellent.

Good picture and lots of new things to do on it with internet. The sound is good but it seems to turn up on its on it could be the stations lol but it does have a louder volume then any other TV we have own in quite some time.

Love geek squad. Always buy their protection services.

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

My TV screen failed after 1 month. Geek Squad came and just brought a new TV and took the old one back

I really don’t want to pay a lot of money later on when something that could have been protected with a little bit of money with the purchase up front

I purchased this TV and when I got it home and set it up there was an issue with the picture. Called and representative told me to bring it back and the would exchange it. The next day I got a new TV and they even checked to make sure everything was okay with it before I left the store.

The warranty seemed worth it to me since I am unsure of the TV brand quality in the long-term.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

It is incredibly reassuring to have a 2 year warranty for any expensive purchases.

Havent had to use the service yet but im sure its top notch as is everything else.

I have gone to the Geek Squad numerous times over the past years. They have always been so helpful and patient with my limited knowledge of technology. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about their electronics!

After your failed phone evaluation, The visit from technician was able to address my broken TV in two days after a wasted two weeks of phone service!

They are always there to help. Answer all my questions so I understand what I am doing. So I dont break things!

I’m glad to be able to get this 5-year warranty. My last tv only lasted about 5 years. The back lights went out. Better off buying a new tv.
