I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.

Insurance or additional Protection is always a good thing to have, makes for Carefree Viewing of Sports, Movies & Drama

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

The warranty was reasonable. Although I have not had to use it, this will definitely be helpful if something happens.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

I love the fact I can just come in and get a replacement no deductible no monthly. Just get a new one no questions asked.

Bought this along with our new Toshiba tv, can’t hurt to have extra protection on you electronics

I expect the protection that I have on my TV will also be as excellent as the service I received on the installation.

Only purchase just in case something happens but never have needed it luckily
