I love my Geek Squad protection. They check any problems that the computer have had and they keep my computer updated for my needs.

I purchase geek squad for all of my high end Best Buy purchases. Fortunately, I've never had to use them as my products continue to work perfectly. I sleep well at night just knowing I'm protected.

I've never bought a TV, that hasn't had problems at some point. I've always gotten the extended warranty through geek squad, and they have been great when I've had to use it in the past. I would recommend to always get this coverage when investing a lot of money.

A must have. I got my $$ back in a matter of discounts as well as the use of Geek squad on numerous occasions since I purchased it. It more than paid for itself multiple times over

The only good thing about it is knowing you'll have a replacement for 5 years if something goes bad. After dealing with the geek squad customer service multiple time on multiple products it leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I had to pay another $150 for new protection plan on my tv I traded in for, simply because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tv. I don't think it's fair that I paid $150 initially for the protection and guarantee they will fix what's wrong and because they can't figure it out have to pay another $150 because they were stumped and tired of trying. 5-6 attempts and still couldn't get it.

It is a piece of mind. Great way to protect your purchase. when something goes wrong with our equipment Geek Squad is there to fix it or replace it.

We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.

They are all was good on top of you have trouble they are there

We purchased the extra protection for our new TV, not because we thought it would ever be used, but because we wanted peace of mind “just in case.” It’s a great product and will be there for us in the unlikely event we would ever need it.

So far so good on this set. In my experience with TCL so far, the TV will stop working just past the MFR warranty, so I bought the 5 year geek squad protection plan to cover it longer.

If you're looking to get a protection plan make sure you start off with 1 or 2 year if you get a long-term warranty even if your product goes out after 6 months you have to purchase a new warranty for whatever product they replace your bad one with

I don’t always purchased the warranty from gig Spudz with this time I did I thought it was needed for the item was purchased good value

I have not had to use it yet, but for the price and duration of coverage, this is a must. Lower price point than plans I reviewed from competitors.

I normally don't have any problems with the products that I buy at BestBuy(not an employee) Lol, but it's nice to know that I'm covered just in case that something does goes wrong. The warranty prices are descent and thank God I still haven't used one yet.

Greek service is very good. I would definitely recommend getting a warranty of all your purchases
