Geek squad protection is a must have! I get it on everything every time and it has saved me many times! I’d rather have it and not use than not have it and wish I had purchased it!

Haven't needed them to correct any problems but great peace of mind that I will have backup if needed.

The salesperson gave lots of good reasons to get the warranty on these new 4k TVs. So far have not had to use it. But the reviews are pretty good as far as service and reputation.

We never get protection plans for any of our devices but we went ahead for one for my husband new tv. Since we do have 3 kids in the home so just to be on the safe side.

They came to my home in November ordered necessary parts, When it was totally dead I was given a new TV under my plan

Great piece of mind if something goes wrong with your electronic devices. On the occasion we needed warranty service it was a seamless and easy fix for our malfunctioning device.

I can’t say anything negative about this Geek Squad protection. It’s the best protection for any of your prize appliances or electronics. You totally understand once you have to use it.

I haven’t used it but hopefully if the time comes in two years or less I will be well taken care of!

i thing those kind of warranty extensions are always useful..my tv burned at house at fire i could not get money back but, they refund the money from protection ..not full amount but for one year usage i did get $75 back..fine

Can't really review until I need to use it but with any type of insurance it's there if you need it but hope you never do

Well worth the money. I’ve used them for my computer needs as well as I got free installation of the car stereo I bought because I had the membership. Well worth the money.

I was able to get a 5 year warranty on an open box TV at the time of online purchase which thankfully I did because the in store rep told me this isn't even offered when purchased in store. Great deal for those that know to get it at the time of purchase!
