I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

if there’s ever a problem within the five-year warranty if they can’t fix it or there is no part available they swap out the TV for a brand new one no problem the following year model you just have to pay for another five year warranty. Can’t say anything more better for Best Buy will still be a customer.
