The agent mounted my tv and connected it to all my devices

After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.

Only problem is three service calls before an exchange. Tech was on time and courteous. Finally after 45 days authorization for exchange was given. Authorized 50 inch as 49 was no longer made with one model drop. Still worth the money !

Worth it. These TVs will die. Spend 80, and get a new one.

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

I have always purchased coverage for my electronics (pricey ones) I have had great experiences with Geek Squad protection. MY son has had to replace his Laptop 2 times because of breakage and both times it was covered they were $1200.00 Laptops. Mine was also replaced $800.00 no charge. The cost of the protection for physical damage isn't cover with the manufacturers guarantee, but it is with Geek Squad.

Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

The warranty is a MUST!!! Just the thought of being covered for everything i buy at BEST BUY. The customer service is GRAND! Fast Friendly service with the attitude.

I understand that the consensus is never to buy an extended warranty but, like every other insurance policy you will buy in your life, you'll pay and hope you never have to use it. Depending on item bought, I just consider the cost of the 'protection' as part of the item's cost. IF something goes wrong, there is no chance in he!! I can pick up a 77" TV, put it in my car and get it to the Geek Squad for diagnosis and service.

It may initially seem expensive but I recommend getting the 5 year plan on new technology. It has come in handy for me on several occasions throughout the years. The purchase of this protection plan is on a TV that I received at no cost because the previous one was covered by a 5 year plan.

Geek Squad rules! I always buy GS with my purchases because it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!

I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

Is good always had warranty to this item cuz you never know!!! Best buy is the best poace to buy tv
