Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

Excellent professional and polite would definitely do this again.

This is a service plan, an insurance plan for any possible issues w/ the equipment we purchased. The actual evaluation isn't particularly valid until such time we have to make a call... then, truth will out.

I glad i have the coverage but haven't used it yet..

Purchasing the protection service gives me peace of mind. Hopefully I never have to use it, but if I do, I will update my review with the results.

Get the geek squad warranty with the the TV this was the reason I got it cause my old series 6000 was replace with my new 7000 cause of this warranty.

Purchase this to make sure we were protected during our time of ownership.

We purchased a Microwave for our granddaughter going to college. It was reasonably priced and she was happy that shew had coverage during her next 4 years at college.

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

I like having the peace of mind knowing my problems with my electronics were covered. Geek squad was professional, not like a little overnight shop set up.

The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys
