Havent needed there service on my current items but in the past ive used them for repair. Will always recommend getting the warranty through geek squad.

Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.

Great to have when purchasing products that need extended warranties! Used to always buy Geek Squad for each purchase now it is there automatically!

I haven't used this protection, yet... I did use the same protection purchased on a similar LG TV. It was great. I'm not fond of TV shopping, and this fixed the TV in 1 home visit... the 1st time. TV works as usual now, and I don't have to spend $$s on a new one. It was worth the money.

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

Only purchase this once before and got a full refund on a broken keyboard case. Had a $1200 Samsung tv go down and didn’t want to have any issues for a new LG 75 inch. I will have piece of mind for 5 years. They even cover pixel loss.

This is a review of the geek squad coverage and I have not had a claim to submit. It seems like a good thing to have but nothing to report.

I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

A great product to have no matter what items you’re purchasing and make sure everything and please recommend to family and friends on their products when they purchase

this has saved me so many times from repair fees If they can't repair it, they will give u a new one comparable. The first geek squad agent, broke it even more lol. The second one was like..uh she messed it up we have to replace the entire tv...i was cool with that...so always get this protection plan!!

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

Have not used this service yet, but it is comforting to know that my purchase is protected for the next 5yrs.

It is well worth the money you pay for it . They where very fast responding to us when we called them to report a issue with our tv. Thanks

I have the plan in case I need it, these days products last a lot longer than in the past.

Purchased just in case something happened. Old was damaged so this was done for security. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but still glad I got it.

I will not buy anything without this extended warranty because it is very convenient for me and the staff is very knowledgeable. Every time i ask a question i get a very knowledgeable response.

After unboxing my TV a couple weeks after delivery, I found that it would not turn back on after the initial set-up. Geek Squad was amazing, and provided me with a new unit in less than 24 hours!!

I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.
