I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

The tv has a great picture. It was easy to set up. It is still working very well. Sturdy construction.

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.

The phone geek squad team was very helpful! Tried trouble shooting and determined that the t.v. was not repairable.

Fortunately we didn’t have the need to use this but it is always good to have the protection because 9 times out of 10 when you don’t have any protection is when the issues happens.

I did not purchase a protection plan on day I purchased my 55 IN LG OLED TV. I had second thoughts after that. About 1 week later, I called and purchased the plan by phone. I felt at ease. The customer rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

Replace TV since part was not available. First techs replace and connect TV. Unfortunately, the second techs replacing the new poor picture quality tv refused to connect tv w/o a charge to place it on the stand due to time constraints.
