A Protection Plan is a must and Best Buy stands behind their word. I have used it and I was amazed how professional the staff is and how quickly everything was taken care of. Thank you, Best Buy!!!

It is good for time being.There is a little shaky hut only if you see it carefully.

Always get the geek squad protection with everything you buy from Best Buy. They fix and replace it for free if anything gets broken or damaged.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Listen here ...LG which stands for Lifes Good is always reliable and time tested. LG has the best manufacturer extended warranty program.

They were great for setting up my mom's t v And it's big enough for her to see

Although I haven’t had to use it I rest easier knowing that when the time comes I am going to be well taken care of!

We bought this to cover a big screen television. We don't as a rule purchase warranties but this will cover any repairs. The best part is they will come to you to do the repairs.

Fortunately the BestBuy brand LCD TV did not need service during the 2 year period, but the price of the protection was reasonable and I don't feel as though I lost anything having paid for the extra protection plan.

Our Tv wouldn’t power on. We had only had it less than 2 years. Geek Squad came out & had to order a part. Waited a week for them to come out to fix the part, but it didn’t work. Got a new TV a few days later! Took about 2 weeks but it was fully covered.
