Good extended warranty for a good price hopefully I’ll never have to use it

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

We didn't hesitate to get this service warranty from geek squad for my 65" smart TV. This TV was an upgraded Replacement to our 55" which broke down beyond repair before the geek squad warranty expired.

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.

So happy with the Geek Squad! I have had them come to my house a few different times in the past years. Very helpful and courteous!! Highly recommend!!
