Good product and pretty durable until the blades start to damage the inside of the blender.

Great if you need it after the manufactures warranty expires. It also covers thing the manufacturer doesn't. If you have to call you get to speak to a tech in the usa

Geek squad don’t answer me for a complaint, when I called

The warranty program through Best Buy is great. We get it on all of our electronics. Manufacturers warranties are very restrictive to mail stuff in or be without it for weeks while they send it back is absurd. When I bought a computer at Costco I was asked to mail my computer tower from Hawaii to Sacramento for repairs. Ther wasn't a local service center.

I'm pretty tech-savvy, but I will definitely call the Geek Squad when it comes to things that I don't understand or need help with. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what I bought this protection plan for, but I've got it for four years.

I have covered my devices with service plans many times through Best Buy and feel confident with having my device covered for four years now.

We got our son and daughter n law this geek squad replacement plan because you never know when you’re gonna need it we recommend it

I love the Geek Squad. If anything goes wrong they are always super nice and dependable.

My Roku was under warranty i simply came in showed them my Roku, was told to grab a new one and it was replaced.

the plan is easy to purchase. its offered every time you check out. 4 years from now most electronics will be outdated and worthless. This plan might be better for large appliances. items you cant live without. how quickly are things fixed? whats the process like in times of covid?

The Geek Squad that mounted my 70 inch tv were very personable and professional. They communicated with me, asked questions and made suggestions. I truly appreciated that. They were also very tidy during and after the install. I highly recommend them.

This plan was very helpful after we bought a new home and I had the Geek Squad out for a reduced installation prices and they always did a thorough job of installations of my Google Nest, Ring Doorbell and Backyard Ring Camera with Solar Panel. You guys are the best!

We had a Roku with earbud feature so that you could watch tv while partner was asleep but sound quality started breaking up so I bought another one and added protection which would cover this problem if it happened again. I was told by sales agent that I would get a new Roku if we had the same problem while under this warranty,
