Nice safety net
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the protection plan because I spent next to nothing on a Roku (thanks to gift cards and a sale), but with Best Buy only doing 14 returns, I felt it might be best to hedge my bets with a protection plan in case something goes wrong. So far, I haven't had to use it yet, but if something happens, I'm covered. Also, the fact that the plan covers one replacement remote is nice too.

Q: QuestionI bought 4 year standard geek squad protection on May 18, 2020 to cover a Tivo Bolt Vox 1TB purchased same day. Tivo shot craps yesterday and Tivo support states that it needs to be replaced. What do I do. Best Buy doesn't show carrying Tivo in stores.
