Not convinced iit was necessary

Bad warranty!

And won’t give me a similar one without paying more money! They offered a credit but since I use Best Buy rewards certificates, they will only give me back the actual cash I paid. Not the certificate amounts that I rightfully earned. Bad warranty.

I don’t even remember buying this

I had to go through the BBB years ago to get them to honor a laptop plan I bought after they tried to repair it 3 times and only made it worse each time. The plan stated after 3 failed repairs they give me the money back for the item so I can buy a new one and they wouldn’t honor it.

Waste of money

Be careful of warranty

Four year warranty

I had a DVD player and it went like four days before my warranty was up and they sent it out and here it was a mechanical problem inside the DVD player and they covered it.
