    I used this "4 year plan" ONCE when my Roku unit malfunctioned and was told I would have to buy it AGAIN for the replacement unit. THIS IS NOT 4 YEAR COVERAGE!!!! I'm sure that's in the fine print somewhere but it's STILL a lie!!!! What if the OBVIOUSLY cheaper quality unit also is crap?!?! One time replacement/repair does NOT equal 4 years of coverage, the service is substandard by definition. I'll just use my personal credit card instead of my Best Buy card in the future, my protection there is universal!!!!

    Support is friendly and people are good technical to support your product. Never had a long line. Always use Geek Squad. I wish they reduce squade price.

    After trying to set up the first one I had to contact Slingbox. They were quite helpful and had me return it to the store for a replacement that worked. The second one works fine and I had no trouble exchanging for one that worked from Best Buy.
