I could not afford to have Geek Squad com do any instalnation to my home they wanted another 125 dollars to come to my home !! I am on limited income !!

Do not need protection because it doesn’t work as it should.

They don’t do anything. Held an hour for a supervisor

I love the four year warranty that you can have. I had a DVD player and it went like four days before my warranty was up and they sent it out and here it was a mechanical problem inside the DVD player and they covered it.

I always get protection for my electronic devices.

Good protection to have and easy to use if you need to.

I have absolutely no issue with the geek squad they did a superb job with what they do. My only issue is you must understand this warranty thing. The geek squad warranty is different than the total care warranty. Purchase a 75-in TCL and the Roku.surround system. I bought the television first possibly a week to a month later I purchased the home theater system. A sound bar a subwoofer and four Roku speakers. Everything was covered under my total care except for the Stream bar pro. The home theater system does not work without the stream bar pro. Or a working Roku enabled device. They would not take stream bar pro back for exchanging. I was told it would just covered under the geek squad and not my total this confused me because all of the other products are covered under the total care, But it was not, is my belief that some lazy person punched it in incorrectly and now I suffer for it. Other than this what I believe is a clerical mistake Best Buy has always been better and I have spent several thousands of dollars with them over the last 20 years. Make sure you read the small print and check behind people's work.

This thing is awesome. Very tiny but has incredible sound quality even on my old tv with no ARC input. The different sound settings have noticeable differences and are very nice depending on what you want to use it for. It has all the apps I need and no lag. I was previously using a Fire TV Cube that had input lag anywhere from 5-10 seconds and crashed apps often. This is miles better.

This is my third Chromecast (4K) with Google TV and I've found them to be a great value and very easy to use. My only complaint is with with the Best Buy overview, which states that you will, "Get 6 Months of Peacock Premium", and: Included Free 3 Items Free YouTube Premium for 3 months (new subscribers only) Apple - Free Apple TV+ for 3 months (new or returning subscribers only) FuboTV - Free for 30 days I knew the Peacock deal expired Jan 2023, but there are no stated terms for the other services and I have yet to see any information about redeeming those offers since setting up the device. It appears to be a fabrication or just completely outdated information, which was a little frustrating to find out after the fact.

The service through the protection plan has been great. Best Buy does a great job taking care of all my product service & support. Works great for my home & small business. They were able to recover data from a broken storage device.

This is my first venture into the world of Roku. I must admit that I am blown away. Transitioning from a second generation Chromecast to Roku Express was an unbelievable upgrade. The Roku has the same interface as all other Roku streaming devices. It isn't designed for 4K Tvs, and you lose some functionality on the remote compared to more expensive Roku devices. But by downloading the android app, you can utilize some of those lost features including voice commands. I highly recommend Roku and this device in particular.

Theyre always super helpful, and whenever i take my electronics to then they fix them or replace/return my money easily to obtain a replacement. Im always happy with geeksquad

They can answer any questions you have and they fix your technology to the quality of brand new standards...cant complain especially if you aren't very good with technology.

Product is great get rid of cable this is the way to go if you don’t have a smart tv

I always purchase one of these with an item. It is inexpensive and if you have an issue it is taken care of immediately. I am not a techie and I usually need a little help. If it breaks, it's replaced.

They are the experts and everyone knows about it by now.
