However, my mother has used the Geeks numerous times to help with issues with her new computer. They are very helpful and professional.

If you're going to invest a lot of money into a TV (by my measure) be safe. Best Buy has already replaced one of my TVs that could not be fixed. They stand behind their protection plans.
