I have signed up for the Geek Squad protection service since my first purchase at Best Buy. It has given me peace of mind with all my electronics, with fast and attentive service. I recommend it!

Geek squad has been great when we've had issues in the past.

Nice comfort knowing I've got coverage since technology changes so quickly.

I know so mean products last a long time, but it doesn't hurt to have them covered.

Having the Geek Squad Protection has been very helpful. It's now been upgraded to "Total Tech Support", but is worth having the benefits of this 'Insurance Policy'.

Have not had to use this yet and hoping that we don't. Still nice to know that if we do need it that it is there. Some of the other things we bought in the past, we also added this protection.

Love that you can spend a lil extra money to make sure your stuff is covered incase of something stupid happens

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

havent had to use it product is excellent but if i do need to use it im sure ill have no issues

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)

Hoping that it takes care of any damage or malfunction over the next 5 yrs,

I never had to use a protection plan yet but its nice to know that they will cover your purchase if anything goes wrong within that time frame.
