My friend told me i was wasting my money getting this because all best buys will be out of business before my warranty expires but i didn't care. I keep faith they won't be

We haven't used this yet but I have always purchased best buy geek squad for all my other devices and its a must have I highly recommend if you are like myself and not computer savvy

So nice to have this as my back up, they have so much to offer

5 year Protection Plan which is wonderful...... Incase there was a issue...

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

It is a really good idea to always purchase the tv warranty just in case something happens to the tv

I purchased the 5 yr. geek squad protection for ease of mind. I have used the geek squad for minor repairs and also for technical support. These folks are top notch and very, very helpful.

I had bought a tv for my in laws and it wasn’t their favorite. Things kept messing up and the tv died a few months before the service was up. They refunded the money on a gift card since they don’t carry that one anymore so I got them a nice one that they love.

Easy to buy and from what I've read covers most use cases...Hopefully I'll never have to use it, but better safe than sorry :)

Even though the pandemic was going on I made an appointment and had no problem. They gave me a tracking number so I could keep up with the progress and when time they let me know the final resolution.
