They did such a good job installing the tv on the wall

To know that i have the peace of mind if anything happens to my TV that it will be fixed or replaced is pretty amazing. The cost of the 2 year warranty wasnt bad at all. And to also know that all i have to do to take care of it is take it to my local best buy is even better.

Always good to have this extra protection encase something goes wrong.

The Protection Plan was explained to me by Best Buy Floor Technician. I find the plan to be most valuable for the price. Better Safe than Sorry! The Protection for valued purchase.

We hopefully wont have to use but we are happy to of got it with new TV. It covers a lot.

I trust Best buy to take care of any problems. They did a great job on my car camera install and I try to buy their protection product.

I don’t know what I would do without this protection plan. I have personally used it before and it’s true hassle free protection. Best Buy is there to help or replace If needed. That simple.

I highly recommend the warranty. I know that a lot of people say you don't need it, but there's too many things that can go wrong (especially if you have a lot of people in the household using it). I like the security of a protection plan.

Nothing last anymore, so you better get a warranty how ever they price adjust it. Its like driving a new car off a dealership. The price goes down on what you orignally pay for it. So if you paid $1200 for a tv and 2 years later with a warranty the will adjust to about $900 that they will give back to you to get another tv plus a $250 five year warranty.

Got the protection plan to cover my new Ultra HD 40K TV!! Can't imagine buying a quality (and pricy!) piece of electronics and not having the experience and expertise of the Geeks as my backup!! I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed!!

This is one of the best protection plans I have ever seen. I rest easy knowing that this plan is in place. If they can't fix the problem, they replace the covered item. Simply put; this protection plan is far superior to plans offered by Best Buy competitors!

I highly recommend getting the extra warranty on your TV. I’m only had to use it once and they were so kind and fast in trying to fix/replace my broken TV. I ALWAYS get the extra warranty now.

The Geek Squad assembled my tv stand and mounted my TV. They kept me informed on the time and date of the installation. They were professional and friendly. They did a GREAT job.

Years ago, I relied on manufacturers warranties until I had a really, REALLY bad experience. I now buy Geek Squad protection for every Best Buy purchase and am 100% satisfied. They're well trained, show up on time and fully explain the issue. Worth every dime!

If you buy a TV from BB and want it installed properly get the Geek Squad to do it. The two young men sent out to my apartment to install my TV for me was the bum diggity! They knew what they were doing and did it quite well. Way to go Geek Squad!!!
