This service is excellent to have I am happy to have this protection.

Adding the Geek Squad protection package gives an overall better piece of mind. No need to worry if anything fails in the 2 year period. Just wish the cost was a bit less.

Geek Squad protection I believe is a must when you are saving big with black Friday/cyber Monday deals

Have never had Geek Squad protection before and may never actually need, thus the 4 star. But family members have remarked highly on their use of it, so took it as a precaution.

Purchased this for my teenagers new chrome book. Great piece of mind.
