I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

this has saved me so many times from repair fees If they can't repair it, they will give u a new one comparable. The first geek squad agent, broke it even more lol. The second one was like..uh she messed it up we have to replace the entire tv...i was cool with that...so always get this protection plan!!

Only purchase this once before and got a full refund on a broken keyboard case. Had a $1200 Samsung tv go down and didn’t want to have any issues for a new LG 75 inch. I will have piece of mind for 5 years. They even cover pixel loss.

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

It was not very expensive to add the extra warranty.

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I haven't used this protection, yet... I did use the same protection purchased on a similar LG TV. It was great. I'm not fond of TV shopping, and this fixed the TV in 1 home visit... the 1st time. TV works as usual now, and I don't have to spend $$s on a new one. It was worth the money.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Rather get the most out of your purchase why not be safe than sorry

I bought this TV December 31st, 2014. Still works fine. You get what you pay for and I think I got a good deal. You have to fiddle with the settings at first but once you find a configuration you like you're set. It comes with its own presets but I don't care for them. Not mind blowing but its a good picture. I watch 1080 movies and play Xbox 360 (720) and have no complaints. 5 stars if I could access Netflix through the TV. If you're on a budget like me you're getting your monies worth and then some.

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.
