Have not had to use this service on my current TV. However, I've used in the past on other TV's and devices. Very good service when you need it.

You need Geek Squad service. I've purchased the 5-Year protection plan because it's a must. Sometimes, the manufacturer's warranty is just not enough.

Good knowledge of task. I appreciate the efforts in completing the job. I will use the Sqyad, again if I need to. The coordination of time of arrival, time performing the task and clean up were impressive.

I always recommend protection for your electronics. If something goes wrong you can always exchange your product if that's an option or money back.

Value and quality. The sound is better than expected. Connects great with my tv.

I love that you can either take your product in or they will come out. It’s so convenient to be able to see and speak to an actually person rather than sending your product off somewhere.

I have not yet had to use the warranty, but with how fragil technology is, a warranty is the smart thing to do. 5 years, 70.00, if it makes you feel better that’s less than 4 cents a day.

This GSP 5 year plan saved me on 77” oled tv. Was replaced

The Geek Squad is amazing. They come to your location or call you and walk you through the process over the phone. They definitely know their products. They helped me with my TV!

Totally recommend getting this if you’re buying expensive electronics

I was told the squad protection expired in Nov of 2020. They charged us for services about 2 weeks later which in reality we still had another year on our coverage. Good work except for charges still in protection .
