I haven't needed to use the protection plan, but it is a great idea in case I need it

The agent mounted my tv and connected all devices!

Purchased this in case as an extra warranty for tv.

I feel safe and secure with my purchase knowing that I have Geek Squad Protection.

So the picture is nice enough, But i would like to give it a negative review because the tv bogs down and wont recognize the button being pushed on the remote, we have to unplug and replug it back in to get it working, The tv takes forever to go to an app to be able to watch anything. Sometimes it also looses connection to the wifi and cant do anything, and now as im talking to 800bestbuy to get a technician to come look at it under the 2 year protection plan i always buy with any tv or big purchase from Best Buy. They wont send anyone out because I have a 1 year manufacturers warrenty still in place until September 28. This TV IS TRASH and Best Buy changed the policy with the protection plans and now im stuck on hold the last 10 minutes waiting to do troubleshooting with someone ... UGH!

I always get the warranty plan in the of chance that something happens to my TV. Great coverage

I'm glad that we bought this protection plan. Luckily, we haven't had to utilize it thus far.

Were very courteous and did everything they could to help me with my computer issues.

It's good to know that my product is covered should something go wrong. Just buy it.

I've been in IT in several countries for 25 years, Geek Squad is really not worth anything, I paid extra for it, had the tv sitting in the box, when I went to put it up the screen had a crack in it, Geek squad doesn't cover that so now its a boat anchor. Waste of time don't bother, get your teenage relative to fix it, just as talented more than likely.

So far haven't used the warranty, but I am happy I was able to get it for 5 years

Haven't had to use it but gives a peace of mind if something was to go wrong

This TV was an excellent buy. The picture is awesome. Met my expectation in every way.

I have never had an issue with using the protection plans here at Best Buy

I purchased this warranty with my tv. It gives me a extra assurance that I'm covered.

I have not had to use my warranty yet. But knowing that I have this keeps me at ease.
