You must buy the 5 year insurance as a piece os mind

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

Always better to be safe than sorry. For just a few dollars more, my large purchase is now covered in case anything happens

As always the geek squad is the best and always there when you need them to come out and either fix or replace your item. I keep this protection.

I always buy the Geek Squad protection. I don't use it very often, but it's there just incase. And then it's worth every penny.

So far I have not had to use the service however I did contact them with some questions about my television and they were very helpful to troubleshoot and answer any questions I had.

I love my membership and can bring in up to 3 computers for repairs. Sometimes i have to bring it in more than once but at least i have the service and can count on that without paying another cent.

Got this for my LG CX. It's worth every penny just knowing that I have it for such a big purchase.
