I was under the impression that I get the replacement item..but they did not,they gave me a credit and really it’s not a full credit it’s like a minimal credit that you can use towards that Item,in my case it was a TV. I don’t know how the assessed value off the TV to the credit they offered me but I had a top up to get another TV... And by the way they Will ask you to bring the broken item or broken TV in my case And will keep it..Will probably fix it and sell it again on the open box items If it’s fixable

I always buy protection plan and use geek squad so helpful and always willing to help fix an issue

I really can’t rate them for this product seeing as how I haven’t really utilize the geek squad service for this purchase. However I have had dealings with the geek squad with other purchases so I rated them a 4

So far, it's been 2 years and the TV is STILL good. I hope I can use this just in case. I only got 3 years left.

Geek squad is very friendly and easy to talk to. They will walk you through any problems you have and help you out however they can.

This mount is a little loose, had to tighten around the swivels with Allen wrench (which comes in kit) to make it more stable. Its the hand swivel for the tilt on the TV itself that could be better. Overall good.

Best Buy extended coverage is a must for your TV. If you don't get it, your investment is not protected. What are you doing, man?! BUY IT.

The last tv I bought for $300 more lasted 14 months unfortunately 2 months too long for warranty so decided to buy best buy one and have no worries!!!

My youngest son used to work gor Bestbuy years ago and he always recommended the Geek Squad protection plan.

Can’t beat the service from the geek squad especially Carlos in Dubuque Iowa is the best service and goes out of his way to work with you
