A must buy never know when your purchase will go wrong a must buy

I don't need them yet, but always feels better knowing it's somebody supporting your entertainment system.

Every purchase I make that's an electronics device I always buy the Best Buy protection it has been great!

Protection plan purchase was a little hard to get the person to verify purchase.

I purchased a TV with 5 years protection plan. After experiencing a problem, I contacted Best Buy, expecting support through the 5-year protection plan I purchased. To my surprise, they told me their protection doesn’t start until after the 1-year Samsung warranty ends, and refused to take responsibility. I then had to go through Samsung, who eventually admitted they couldn't fix the issue and ended up refunding me for the TV and taking it back. When I returned to Best Buy to get a refund for the protection plan (since the product was no longer with me), they said it was already "in use" and deducted money for the days that had passed, even though they never actually provided any service or support. they refused to give me support and pushed me to contact Samsung. Don’t trust Best Buy. They sell expensive products, and even if you purchase their protection plan, they’ll find a way to dodge responsibility. You're better off buying elsewhere.

The agents delivered my tv with care and I didn’t have to do anything

Who can be against a backup plan. Must have on anything of value.

The 2 year warranty is great for the price because of the kids
