Excellent service and response when needed. Replaced a TV that quit working.

Hopefully it never gets used but for the peace of mind it’s definitely worth its weight in gold

I hated my vizio tv but I was on a small budget so I took a chance with this Insignia Tv I love it better than my vizio. I waited a year to see how it works and it is great , picture is great sound is great I can't complain it better then my Vizio tv. A nice buy for me I going to get a 55 inch later this year.

Delivery came on time and they brought it up to my apartment on a third floor walkup. It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)

5-year protection plan was a must when purchasing such an investment and the price really works out well when you consider the full coverage you receive during these 5 years of usage. I know from the past it paid off when a former HDTV got glitchy at the end and it was replaced. That's what this is all about - "protection" on your hard earned dollars spent.

As a best buy employee our geek squad protection on this product is definitely worth it for my partner and I. I feel confident in knowing that if our TV falls or the screen goes out, we will have multiple solutions/options in the future.

Definitely a plus to buy a protection package in my opinion. Geek squad seems to be making their protection packages more affordable which is a plus. The warranty covers a remote control replacement too and that could be beneficial with small Children’s and dogs. However trying to get help when needing to use the warranty can be troublesome and time consuming.

Well, I haven’t had the need to use the service as yet, but when I do I will be expecting to be satisfied.

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with a warranty/return and they helped out right away with no issues whatsoever. Thank you for all the help and making it easy!

The original TV and delivery went flawlessly. Somewhat disappointed in taking nearly the entire week for replacement.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!
