Awsome service they help fix and replace tv rec to get warranty

I love feeling protected with any accidents for all my electronics, specially from best buy

Have not used it yet but it’s good to know it’s there. Why do I have to pay for an in-home visit when I have the warranty?

It's always good to have a service plan on your electronics.

So far have not had to use them but bought this with other high end purchases will surely ease your mind on things especially if you are buying items worth up to and past $200.

I trust and will continue until they fail to uphold their standards. Literally, the reason to purchase at BB, even if you find it slightly cheaper somewhere else (and for some reason BB won't price match).

We are very happy with our 5-year protection service. The cost was reasonable and the peace of mind is great. The tv was expensive and we are happy we are covered if anything goes wrong.

I have used Geek Squad protection for several years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The knowledge and professionalism is what keeps my satisfaction with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. We have not had to call the Geek Squad for this paticular item but they were there to assist us in getting out desktop set up and running quickly and with such patience. They were very informative.

I got the 2 year plan when I bought my tv. Hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I need it.

The Geed Squad service was outstanding! The representatives communicated frequently to let me know the status of their arrival, and were professional during the service call.

I have purchased service warrantees in the past with the hopes of not needing to submit a claim but have confidence in having the coverage due to positive past experience.

My purchase was but a few weeks ago and, beyond their initial installation and set-up, I have not yet had to make use of their services. However, from my past experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad (in-store) and this installation/set-up, I have no doubt that their past service will remain unchanged should my need for it arise in the future.

I absolutely love my all in one computer. It's not bulky and very easy to maneuver from one room to another. The touch screen effects are awesome and to actually be able to see everything on the screen is great.
