I haven't have to used it yet, but I love the peace of mind of knowing that I've gotten extended protection and my TV is covered for all and any damages.

Must have item for big ticket items. Best Buy has always been good at honoring and replacing or fixing my purchases when needed

You'd be ridiculous not to get the extended warranties that Best buy gives for some products it's totally worth it for others not so worth it.

Getting a Best Buy warranty is always a good deal! With the smart tv's being a "fairly new" technology, I figured I couldn't go wrong with the fantastic Best Buy Geek Squard looking out for me for the next 5 years!!

Best in buying any expensive item Always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. You will always have peace of mind instead of having to rebuy a item. Highly recommend

I’ve purchased Geek Squad coverage on all of my major purchases. I’ve found the response to be excellent and the Tech’s knowledgeable and friendly.

Bought a new Insignia TV for my daughter's grad gift and added Geek protection. Happy I made the investment and although she hasn't had to use it yet it's the security of replacement and repair that counts!

I’m OK with this warranty protection plan long as they do what they say they going to do I have no problem with it but we’ll see if something goes wrong.

Haven’t used this yet, however I’ve used the geek squad to install my refrigerator w/ ice maker and they were great & I always use them for any computer work—A+

The tv was easy and simple to setup. Picture quality is great.
