    The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.

    I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

    We had a 5-yr plan w/ our previous TV and it really paid off when it went out and was unrepairable. Thank goodness we purchased the plan. Customer Service staff was so helpful, the GQ was awesome and BB has earned a customer for life.

    My tv installation was very simple. All that was required was mounting the tv on the wall. I dont have any other devices that needed to be connected to my tv.

    Defective screen, large central white halo

    There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

    I had Alex Snow , a Geek Squad member , to repair my Toshiba 43" 4K Chromecast tv , under manufacturer warranty. Alex was pleasant and extremely helpful. After ordering the part to repair my tv and scheduling a return visit , we found out 2 weeks later that the part was back ordered by 2 months. Alex was instrumental in getting me a replacement tv without any inconvenience. For this , I purchased the Geek Squad extended service plan and just wanted to say thank you again Snow , great service was appreciated.

    Guest services is always amazing over the phone and in person at the store. Using geek squad and making claims for warranties was made to be a smooth transaction for sure! Additionally the total tech membership is so worth every penny!

    Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

    I don't usually buy protection plans, but I have found the plans at Best Buy are well worth the money, especially on products valued at over a hundred dollars. I have every confidence in Best Buy now that I have had the experience of needing the protection plan. They were fast, efficient and I am so glad we had protection on our products. (Cell phone, tablet, TV and Laptop) Don't leave the store without checking out the protection plan for your purchase. Safety first means coverage to protect your electronics and access to quality repairs.

    So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

    Love this tv. It was bought to replace an older model. Apps work great. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi. The tv picture from Sony always looks great. Didn’t adjust anything out of the box. Very satisfied

    Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!
