    Good price for open box. Nice 42" fire TV. Using it in our RV when traveling. Picture quality is very good and size is not to big for small space.

    Great TV. I've had other large TV's but this one is pretty good. Very light and pretty easy to setup. The color black comes in pretty clear and doesn't blend in with everything else.

    Former television had an issue...after being picked up for possible repair, was informed needed part was worth more than my almost five year old television. Was offered either a comparable television, or, a check. I chose the check, as I had decided to upgrade to a 4K HDR, and used the $$ toward the new television. I purchased the warranty for my new television too...too many new & innovative items associated with newer TVs. I consider the warranty peace of mind. Recommend it!

    So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

    Thomas and Arthur were the Best Buy representatives that we have dealt with since February 4 other than our sales person, Kiera. They were efficient, professional, and shared their knowledge of all the products. They were patient with us explaining different phases of the TV and the remote. Thomas was Especially very helpful. Kudos to Best Buy for having both men on your team.

    TOOK more then 90 days to get a new tv had to rent

    Same as the last time this is my second time dealing with geek squad replacements. They kept replacing the board which DID NOTHING!!! i was without a tv for almost 2 months . I had to rent a tv for 89 a month until they said they needed the board to fail 3 times instead of giving a replacement. So it was a 1500 dollar tv the reciept showed every main board was 1199 so they spent 3 times the tv's cost in repairs plus whatever it cost the truck and workers and then the 4th time when they picked up the tv and dropped off the other. This is crazy and if they just stopped this weird policy i dont know if its made up or what because it was the same guy every time i do not know if he was just saying this to pocket the money or what but its a crazy thing to do keep putting something that does nothing to fix it 3 times and wasting money and everyones time and making me have to rent a tv for a month. Honestly the only reason i give 2 stars is becAUSE they finally gave me a new tv what the old one was worth.

    5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection

    The protection plans are great and the geeks are the best. The other Best Buy customer service personnel (telephone) are horrible, it is bad enough that if Best Buy does not fix that aspect of their customer service it will start to (if it already hasn't) turn customers away. I have already sold all my BB stock due to I am not sure that they care enough to fix what is broken.
