Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

I've never had any issues with my warranties. I actually recommend Best Buy to everyone for their purchases needs more or less because of how easy it is to utilize the warranty in the event something happens

Usually I don't get add on protections except at Best Buy. I trust that they will honor their products. Years ago, I got a defective drive and I was offered either my money back or a brand new one. Since then I've always gotten Geek Squad protection.
