10/10 always get geeksquad! Love the protection and ease of mind not to mention every geek squad woman / man I've worked with had incredible customer service and tried to always handle any issue I had!

I rarely get protection plans anymore. Best Buy is so wonderful at fulfilling a protection plan they are worth the cost on more expensive purchases. Best Buy has the best customer service of any store I've ever dealt with.

Fortunately I have not had to use this particular purchase but have used it on two previous TVs purchased from Best Buy and it was simple and trouble free.

Excellent picture. Sound not that good. Documentation consists of too many pieces. Why not combine all into one booklet? Mounting feet seem too flimsy. Tipping danger. Feet should be beefed up. Be careful to note overall footprint width. It probably will not fit on your existing stand. I had to purchase a new piece of glass to accommodate extra width. Did not notice this because unit was wall mounted in store. My bad.

They tried to fix my tv but it wasnt it so i got a new one they are very nice and respectful

When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!

They have repaired my computer several times and they work great!

I would highly reccomend purchasing the warranty to protect my 85 yr old mom. I was told if it breaks or something goes wrong to just bring it in and we get a new one no questions asked! At her age who needs the problems..... for three years we are protected for 20$ simple as that!!!

Purchased the geek squad five year protection plan I’m glad we did. Hopefully we have nothing wrong, but if we do, it’s worth it.

It seems unnecessary at the time, but it's better to have when you need it than be stuck with a 700$ tv that breaks down! We hesitated over purchasing this, but in the end we have peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to our tv over the next five years, the geek squad can help repair it!

Geek squad protection is honestly the best. I’ve also bought it and twice I got store credit for a newer device that they couldn’t fix!

Having burn in protection allows me to use my TV in HDR mode without worrying or babying the brightest. For the price, 5 years of peace of mind is worth it.

I always purchase the extended warranty on my technology purchases. We have six tvs we have purchased for our church. All of them have the bestbuy extended geek squad protection. I like the security that they covered if anything goes wrong.
