very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

I would not buy another electronic product with out a geek squad warranty Exceptional service

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

I'm so happy I got the service plan for my new tv. It is nice not to have to worry about bringing the tv in to a Best Buy location if anything were to go wrong with it. It takes my worry away. I haven't had to use it yet and am crossing my fingers I won't need to. I consider it insurance.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.

Bought with our tv haven’t used the service yet. But, sounds like they would fix or replace your item

We got this protection for our 55 in flat screen tv. We have three kids so getting a protection plan was a must. One little mishap could destroy the TV and knowing I'm protected makes me have a sense of safeness with my investment.

I have used geek squad in the past and their service has been consistently great as always for many, many years.

Worth having when buying any electronic merchandise from Best Buy, just to cover yourself. We had a Sony 55" Tv that blew up after four years, and we got a new Tv because we had the extra protection in warranty.

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

Tv went out and being under warranty they brought a replacement to my home!!
