Had a burn spot in my tv and they couldn't fix it so gave me full credit amount to buy new T.V. no hassle will always buy this plan from them because of how professional they were with helping us and honoring what they said

Never have used a protection before, but this time it paid off, and everyone we worked with were excellent.

Haven't had to use it yet but it gives you piece of mind. I have used it on other purchases at Best Buy and they are great with it. It even covers dead pixels. The new TV's can go at any time and is good to know it is covered for five years.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

I Love Geek Squad protection plans. I buy it when ever I buy something from Best Buy. Last month I took in my TV because it was freezing & disconnecting, I had the protection plan & was able to get a new tv. Geek Squad agent was very nice & helpful. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan!

It’s good to have protection on your items that you purchase, because accident do happen.

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

While we haven't had to use the service, it's good to have the reassurance that our new TV is protected. The cost is worth the piece of mind

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

Always worth buying the extra protection. Our $1000 TV had some issues and Geek Squad was very responsive, techs were very nice. In the end, we needed a new TV and we were within the protection plan requirements so we had it replaced... with a NEW TV, none of this refurbished nonsense. Highly recommended.

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

I bought this to protect my OLED TV. Best Buy has the only warranty that protects against burn-in, which is the greatest problem with OLED TVs. This will give me piece of mind. Although, I would like to give this five stars just for the potential coverage, I will not know how good the coverage is until I need it. The coverage was expensive, so I can only give it four stars for now.

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.
