We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

No haggle, straight cut and dry coverage. Past warranty transaction i brought my Bluetooth buds into best buy and explained the issue and they smoothly inspected and exchanged. Thanks Geek squad!!

Tv colors are great,like the fact that when ibluetooth headphones they connect immediately

Haven’t had to use but do know from past experiences that the geek squad is very good. Always helpful and will replace if item cannot be fixed. Option I would recommend on appliances, etc. depending on cost of item and geek squad price

I don't buy Geek Squad protection, but I guess if you did then it would be ok

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

Best Buy does a great job of offering support with Geek Squad. Highly recommend!

I purchased something and needed to return it, turned out I exchanged it for something else and the Geek Squad helped me figure out how to use it. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

I still think this tv is a great buy. Picture quality is very nice. Has game mode. No glasses but they are cheap enough, I recommend the regular active 3d glasses. 3D works in all model with virtually no crosstalk. Don't recommend using 3d in competitive online game play due to input lag but is amazing for campaign or co-op.

They helped answer all questions an used them in past if product not fixed either replaced or a full refund on gift card

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

You just need it. Do you know how many things I’ve had that broke after the factory warranty was up? The geek squad warranties are the best thing to have. Easy to use, a fantastic value. I’ve use their warranties on TVs and clothes washing machines.
