A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad protection on this device, but I have needed it in the past for other products. And when you are having an electronics issue, the speed and capability with which the Squad fixes that issue is unparalleled imo.

We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

I hope to never use it on my resent purchase, but I did use it once on my 72" tv a few years ago and it paid off. They couldn't fix the tv so they replaced it with a brand new one. So worth getting the protection for a few hundreds than losing thousands of $.

The warranty was reasonable. I purchased second tv and they combined both tvs for reduced warranty price

It's geek squad. Not sure what I can say about a warranty program other than we get it on a lot of stuff

I found it more than helpful to always buy a protection plan. After much consideration, it was very welcomed to have just in case. Best Buy is very helpful when it comes to protection plans. I have purchased them in the past and found that it came in handy. You can't go wrong here depending on your purchase.

Trust me it’s worth getting this covered. When my other Samsung tv needed to be replaced, they came to my house and took care of everything.

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

This feature adds a little extra peace of mind. I would definitely recommend.
