For the scope of work that they cover, they are good. For further depth, you need to go to other computer experts depending on the problem.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With Sony’s manufacturer warranty at only 1 year; I have piece of mind knowing the Geek Squad gives me a 5 year warranty at the cost of $46 each year or $229 total. For a $1000+ tv if you have the extra money, go for it!
