We have a contract with the Geek Squad, but have not needed to contact them for our newish television. However, my mother has used the Geeks numerous times to help with issues with her new computer. They are very helpful and professional.

For the most part, I have been happy with the extended warranty that comes with my purchases. I also have the Total Tech plans and add this 5-year plan for a 65" Samsung!

As I have mentioned in my review before I absolutely love my Geek Squad! I highly recommend it, especially on electronics and other products it’s offered on! It’s Amazing

I always purchase the Geek squad service. I watch a lot of television. My tvs break down, I take them in and the Geek squad service is honored. I get a new tv.

Squad protection is a good product to have because the staff are very knowledgeable ,very courteous and I respectful. I am glad I purchased the geek squad protection

Since I first purchased a protection plan for an item, I will always purchase these plans with any larger purchase. If there are any problems at all, this protection plan will make repair or replacement an easy hassle free ordeal.

This is a protection plan. I have had excellent experience with geek squad changing components on my computer and using best buy warranties on my old smart watch so there shouldn't be an issue. But only time will tell.

Hope that this service is not needed, but happy to have it.

The best extended warranty on the market, for the next 5 years I will not worry about pixels not working, LCD black spots, surge problems and even the remote not working. That's all covered!!

Its nice having coverage for those just incase moments

i think the price for these things is not bad, ive never had to have a tv fixed under one of these services so i dont know how slow it goes or how much of a pain it is if you actually need to have something fixed.

Haven’t used to Geek Squad yet haven’t had to. Daughter set it up to Alexa to turn on & off. Go to selected channels.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.

Good to know that if something happens to my TV I can get help
