I have not used geek squad care since 2013 however i hope it is worth it from what i remember.

I went ahead and purchased this extra 2 year protection plan as I do on certain items I purchase at Best Buy. They will fix or replace with no questions asked. Better safe then sorry.

I have membership with GEEK SQUAD for my computer, also. They are always very helpful in their response with any questions that might arise with the workings of the product.

Always purchase the geek squad. I haven’t had to use them in my latest purchase but have been extremely helpful in past purchases.

the agent mounted my tv and did it alot faster than I could have. I would recommend their services.

Anyone buying any Samsung product should definitely buy the warranty. Their quality has gone down in the last 5 years

I've always gotten great service with the protection plans. It's worth the money to pay a little extra to have your electronics repaired or replaced free of charge

The agent set up my computer and showed me some basic best practices. The agent was knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated his commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Agents were very helpful getting my desk top and lap top TV's set up and all mall ware removed.

To have this qith my TV purchase is the top on the cherry you could say. Knowing I have this as a back up just in case is great.

Geek Squad protection is purchased with any electronic item from Best Buy. It makes any issues you might possibly have easy yo take care of!!

Well i personally think people should get the GSP because accidents happen and not only that but especially if you live in Florida.

Didn’t even know we had this until the review request was sent to me. Have not needed to use it. I’m glad it’s there, just in case.

Appliances were installed to required specs and service man educated us on starting up the gas stove and what to expect. Kind and courteous.

You know why I’m here. Protection plans cover a lot of things for longer periods of time & easier to swap out or repair

I live in an area that gets a lot of lightning and electrical "surges" . The protection plans purchased over the years have replaced several of my equipment purchases.

I haven't had to use this service, so it is kind of hard to review. But, for peace of mind, it is good.

Great warranty program at an affordable price. Coverage is more than any manufacturing warrant I've ever came across
