It is always good to get the Warranty hopefully won't have to use it

I'm glad I purchased the extended protection. I usually purchase a extended protection when I make a major purchase. It is a good idea if you can afford the extra money.

I am satisfied with the service plan and sleep well knowong I am covered.

I recommend anyone that buys a brand new Samsung TV to get insurance on it. One never know when you will need it especially on game day or gaming with friends.

Tv will not work with the remote I have called talked to geek squad service and ask if they could come back and make this tv turn on , it turns off but not on ! How can I answer the next question would you recommend this geek squad service to a friend?

The geek squad protection plan is actually the reason i ended up buying the vizio from best buy. If it wasn't for the plan i was gonna buy the same tv from Costco.

Love this TV. The picture is amazing. I love that it allows you to play Xbox through the cloud.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I will always purchase the protection plan from Best Buy. I had a past TV which had an issue and Best Buy honored the plan. I got a new replacement TV. It was easy and they walked me through every step. Very satisfied!!
