Bought an LG C1 and had to get protection plan. Hope I never have to use it but it has me covered for pennies a day.

If you are buying a big priced item, get the protection!

Having called about a problem with new tv purchase and being told I would be charged for something not working that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for. Was also told I would need to bring it in for repair. It's a 49 inch tv which is supposed to be covered for in home service. I had to contact support to get resolved. I'm giving a recommend, but with reservations.

Covers everything that could go wrong with the tv besides personal damage. Hopefully I get contacted after 5 yrs to renew it
