Bought standard geek squad protection for my LG tv. Haven't used it so far but it gives a peace of mind if at all anything had to happen for the tv and there is no support. I guess its a good value for money and for the product it supports

I had purchased a 43 inch Samsung TV about two and a half years ago along with the protection plan. The TV stopped working properly, I contacted the Geek Squad no problem they gave a full refund for the TV.

Television works fine and I am satisfied with the performance.

When it comes to TV's and laptops, I always get a two year warranty because you just never know with technology when they will go bad. I had a TV two years ago that the remote went bad after three months of ownership. This plan gave me a replacement remote. Thankfully I have not had a TV or laptop go bad on me. But this gives me peace of mind.

I made a great purchase with this because you never know when your items will break down and you need T guarantee for repair you can’t beat it would definitely recommend to my friend

Any repair is costly and returns for failed equipment can be painful. I purchased the longest amount of time (5 yr) because it is just good insurance. I only wish it covered accidental failure, like you can get on other types of equipment.

Hard to give a review when we haven't had to use it. It is a great price considering how much replacement parts cost.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, REALLY GIVES A SENSE OF PEACE OF MIND WHEN PURCHASING EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Very convenient and a must have. Would recommend for large electronic purchases. An easy buy.

Bought my parents a tv and having a 5 year protection plan makes a great bundle. I don't have to worry about anything going wrong because best buy ill fix any issue for five years.

I have used Geek Squad protections plans for as long as I can remember. For anything of high dollar value it is imperative to get the protection plan. I have had to use it a few times in the past and they went above and beyond for the service I needed.

Havent had to use them yet but since i bought an oled there the only ones i know of with a 5yr warranty that covers burn in so i have no worries.

They were very helpful. Figured out the problem quickly and returned for a new tv.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

The agent carefully mounted my TV & connected it to my devices to ensure maximum functionality use.

geek squad are really helpful and friendly good at what they do

Definitely would recommend to anybody who buys any tv. It will save money in the long room
